We believe that a professional in any field work is someone that has formal training, continues to attend workshops, trade events, and works with other like professionals to constantly improve and utilize the latest and best equipment.

We spend thousands each year attending trade shows, visiting other detail professionals (Canada, Boston, and Los Angeles), and network daily with the top auto care professionals from the US. In fact, we are one of about 60 involved in a private detailing forum for professionals-only that focuses on growth, public education of car care, and technical skills. A new website is in the works for the "Masterminds" of detailers in the US and Canada and we are very fortunate to be a member.

Unlike some sites that state, "We use the best products," we state that we are trained on how to care and treat/protect various paint types, interior surfaces, wheels, and plastics. How does someone make a claim that they have the best products? Where has this been qualified? And if you do, does that mean you understand how those products work?

We have attended formal detailing schools in Cincinnati, Boise, San Diego, and Quebec.  We have published articles in trade magazines and are constantly looking at the next "tool" to make detailing a better service.

Our paint sealant is not a cream that we simply apply and buff. We use Optimum Technologies, founded by a PhD in chemistry (Masters degree from UCSB). His cross linking polymer formulas are incredible. Instead of putting on a wax with each service, we use these sealants, which bond to the paint, not layer on the paint. Our paint sealant can last up to one full year, and our Opti-Coat- 5yrs! Measuring your paint, we can show you how it thickens. This allows your paint to be washed much more easily and keeps the surface from failing prematurely. It's also fun to see it being applied with a syringe!

To that end we use...

a vapor steamer and extractor for interiors. Both only use DISTILLED WATER- no chemicals. We also employ a commercial OZONE GENERATOR that kills bacteria, germs, and insects. This machine turns o2 into o3. Viruses, bacteria and the like do not survive and your odors and air are returned clean and healthy! Our VaporMaster 3000 takes distilled water and creates 300 degree steam! Used on interiors, it will eradicate molds, bacteria, viruses, and much more. It turns coffee stains into coffee- easy to wipe and clean. Old dried gum is removed in seconds and lodged in dirt and dust in your finger controls are moved safely away. All of this with NO harmful chemicals. Your car is left with a natural smell- no masked scents and cleaners.
